The short version: prices here are estimates, and your written quote is what counts.
About this website

Prices on this site
Every price shown is an estimate for planning purposes. Real prices depend on measured sizes, products, design pressures, site conditions and code requirements, and are only binding when given in a written quote after a visit.

Quotes and contracts
Work is carried out under a separate written contract. If anything in that contract conflicts with this website, the contract applies.
