What happens to your name, number and address when you contact us.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive the name, phone number, property address and job type you enter, plus the page you sent it from. When you call, our phone provider records the calling number, the time and the length of the call, and calls may be recorded so we can check what was agreed.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange and carry out the work you asked about: to call you back, book a measure, prepare a quote, file a permit and keep records of the job for warranty and insurance purposes.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the companies that host this website, carry our phone calls and deliver form messages. We may share an address with a permitting office or a window manufacturer when a job needs it. We never sell your details or pass them to marketing lists.
Cookies and tracking
Like most websites, this one may use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working and to see which pages lead to a call or a quote request, including call tracking that shows a local number. These tools do not give us your name or contact details unless you choose to send them.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within two years. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as warranty, permit and tax rules require.
Your choices
